Starting with a non-binding 30-minute orientation session on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 10:00 till 10:30, the trainer will introduce herself, the concept of the course, and clarify expectations. After the orientation session, you can decide whether you want to continue with the training course or not.
The training course starts with a dynamic and practical 120-minute kick-off workshop on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 10:00 till 12:00, unpacking the foundations of resilience and delivering useful tools you can start using immediately in your everyday work.
Then the core 'Sprint' workshops focus on embedding resilience practices into your professional life with two 30-minute sessions per week. Each session includes a warm-up, brief insights, practice exercises, and a take-home activity for easy integration into daily routines.

Sonja Noss (Training and Coaching)
Sonja is a certified mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) trainer and systemic coach, specialising in resilience and stress management within international academic organisations. A graduate of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and a partner with Techniker Krankenkasse, she brings over 20 years of experience in training and coaching. Her work spans from individual career and burnout prevention coaching to training within the Edu:Social Resilience Project at the Max Planck Laboratory for Social Neurosciences. Sonja equips professionals with effective techniques to manage workplace pressure and maintain health, focus, and resilience.
