Es gilt die Allgemeine Datenschutzerklärung des FIAS sowie die Geschäfts- und Verfahrensordnung von HGS-HIRe.

Weitere Details zur Erfassung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten für Bewerber bei HGS-HIRe

Mit der Übersendung Ihrer Registrierungsangaben sowie Bewerbungsunterlagen und -daten erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass Ihre personenbezogenen Daten (die Daten aus den obigen Registrierungsformularen und einzureichenden Bewerbungsunterlagen, insbesondere auch Angaben zu Vorname, Nachname, Geschlecht, Geburtsdatum und -ort, Adresse, Nationalität, E-Mail- Adresse, Telefonnummer) zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Bewerbung vom FIAS und der HGS-HIRe erhoben, elektronisch verarbeitet und für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 3 Jahre nach der Bewerbungsfrist gespeichert werden. Weiterhin erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass Ihre Daten an die zuständigen Bereiche der Partneruniversitäten der HGS-HIRe und des GSI Helmholtzzentrums (wie z.B. Mitarbeiter der Personalabteilung; autorisierte Personen in den Fachbereichen und Abteilungen, die DoktorandInnen in den wissenschaftlichen Feldern der GSI rekruitieren möchten; Wissenschaftler der Partneruniversitäten und des GSI Helmholtzzentrums, die als Gutachter für das HGS-HIRe Auswahlverfahren agieren; Personalrat; Schwerbehindertenvertretung, sofern Bewerbungen von Schwerbehinderten eingegangen sind) zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Bewerbung weitergeleitet werden.

Sie haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, Ihr Einverständnis zur Registrierung als BewerberIn und zur Datenspeicherung und -verarbeitung ohne Angabe von Gründen per E-Mail an info@hgs- hire.de oder per Post an HGS-HIRe c/o FIAS, Ruth-Moufang-Straße 1, 60438 Frankfurt am Main zu widerrufen. Ihr Bewerbungsverfahren wird dann eingestellt und ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden aus den elektronischen Datenverarbeitungssystemen des FIAS und der HGS-HIRe gelöscht. Falls eine Löschung der Daten nicht durchgeführt werden kann, weil die Daten für zulässige gesetzliche Zwecke erforderlich sind, erfolgt eine Einschränkung der Datenverarbeitung. In diesem Fall werden die Daten gesperrt und nicht für andere Zwecke verarbeitet.
