During the summer months of 2011 HGS-HIRe and GSI organise a Summer Student Program which is offered to a limited number of students in physics or related natural science disciplines from Europe or GSI/FAIR partner countries.

The Summer Student Program is organized under the leadership of HGS-HIRe - the Graduate Program of GSI with its partner universities.

Research projects 2011

This year 41 students from 14 countries, mostly from Europe but also from GSI/FAIR partner countries in Asia and South America take part in the program. The students are engaged in the following research projects.
