Practical Information
Begin/End
Checkin at the venue is at 12:00 on Monday.
The scientific part of the lecture week will close on Friday late afternoon.
Late arrivals
If you will arrive late please contact the coordinator in advance so key pick up can be arranged.

The lecture week will be at Schloss Rauischholzhausen

Ferdinand-von-Stumm-Strasse, 35085 Ebsdorfergrund-Rauischholzhausen.
Rauischholzhausen is located east of Marburg.

Travel
Travel is organized individually. Please try to travel by car pool.
You can reach the venue by public transport (train+bus: see http://www.bahn.de for possible train/bus connections).
Transportation costs will be reimbursed after the trip.
If somebody can offer a lift (ride sharing), he/she should send an e-mail to info@hgs-hire.de so that we can forward the information to the
other participants of the lecture week.

Accomodation
Accomodation is mostly in twin bed rooms.
Food
Special food requirements (vegetarian, other) should be communicated to the coordinator in advance.
Vegetarian food is available for every meal.
Full board is included in the lecture week.
What to bring
Clothing
The lecture week will be very informal, so only casual attire necessary.
Linen/towel
All rooms have linen and towels, no need to bring them.
Internet
A WLAN access points are available in the meeting room and in the lobby. Please bring your own laptop.
WLAN use is free of charge.
Presentations
Each participant will contribute in a presentation.
A laptop and projector will be available.
In addition a regular blackboard and a flip chart can be used. Presentation time is 20 minutes including discussion.
Expenses
All basic expenses are covered by HGS-HIRe.
You only have to pay for local expenses (drinks,etc.). All meals are included.
Insurance
Though this trip will not generate any costs for your supervisor or group please
do not forget to file a trip request so you are covered by insurance during the
lecture week.
